About David & Chloe
‘I have performed in musicals and operettas with Reading Operatic Society, Newbury Operatic Society and Shinfield Players in chorus and principal roles. I have been singing since I could walk! I took my first dance / tap lesson at age 5 (OK, it was only one and I haven’t taken any more since, but I have danced on stage at the Hexagon in Reading). My love of singing has meant that I am known around Berkshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire and as far afield as Birmingham, Stockport, Playa de las Americas in Tenerife and Las Vegas in the USA!’
‘I started singing from a very early age, much to the annoyance of my mother when I didn’t stop! However, I would like to think that I have improved slightly since then. I took singing lessons between the ages of 13 and 18, after which I took a musical theatre course at the Reading Theatre College. Although I trained in Musical Theatre, I sing and enjoy music from all genres and am frequently found singing pop songs or even opera. I have taken part in many shows and performed at many of the largest venues in Berkshire. We are renowned for our duets and particularly the Phantom of the Opera (people are not always annoyed that I have broken their glass as they are generally speechless! Once I hit the top note!)’
